Fundraising
Fundraising is not the primary goal of the Maple Grove PTA, but it is a major way we support Maple Grove Elementary School and its staff and families.The funds we raise support dozens of school and community programs and initiatives that enhance the education and well-being of our children, staff, and families.
Our key fundraisers include:

Grizzly Gatherings: Once a month we partner with a local restaurant or business to have a portion of sales (for that day) go back to the PTA! Keep an eye out in the Grizzly Gazette and Friday Folders for our next gathering.

Spring Gala
Join us for an unbelievable night celebrating and supporting our Maple Grove community! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, raising over $104k last year. This year we have an ambitious goal of $115k - help us get there! Prior to the Gala a PTA survey will be sent to all families and Maple Grove staff to help inform what school and community programs our fundraising will support next year - including (but not limited to): Paraprofessional support, teacher wishlists, classroom books and educational support materials, staff appreciation, community connectivity and events like the Fall Fest, School Programming (Science Fair, Grove Gallery, Talent Show, etc), and so much more!

This year's Gala will take place on Saturday, April 11th, 2026 from 6:30 - 11pm at Denver West Marriott.

Fun Run (Fall)
Every fall we lace up our running shoes and hit the track for a friendly competition and fundraiser! Students go for personal bests on their lap count and ask friends and relatives to pledge to support them via a flat donation or by lap. As our second-largest fundraiser of the year, we pull out all the stops for a fun, active day! This year we raised OVER $40k! Thank you to all the runners, donors, and volunteers who made it possible!
Experience Parties
Experience parties are smaller gatherings that are planned, donated and hosted by individual Maple Grove families throughout the school year. Previous party examples include: Glow Bingo, Tie Dye, Kickball & Kegs, the Dad's Grizzly Gulp 'n' Grill, Moms & Margs, 90' Hip Hop, and many more! When you purchase a ticket to attend any of these parties, all sales are donations right back to the PTA. So yes, the harder you party, the more money we make! Grizzly Gatherings
Grizzly Gatherings are fundraising days at local restaurants and businesses that take place one Wednesday every month. We partner with places for you to patronize, and then on the designated day you and your family show up and dine out or shop. A portion of the proceeds are then donated back to Maple Grove. This is a great opportunity to socialize with other families, raise money, and avoid making dinner, all at the same time! Check the Grizzly Gazette and Friday Folders for all upcoming gatherings.
Rebate Programs
Rebate programs bring in about $3k - $6k each year to help Maple Grove Elementary School! These programs are easy ways to contribute financially to Maple Grove PTA.
