Each year we set aside a healthy budget for classroom books and supplies and we encourage you to use it! Purchases can be made and reimbursed or you can submit requests to the PTA to purchase and they’ll be delivered to the school for you.

 

Teacher Wish List Budget

Every teacher has $250 available to spend on general classroom purchases until October 31. After Thanksgiving break, the remaining funds will be pooled and offered to all teachers on a first come, first served basis.

 

Classroom Books Budget

The classroom books budget is a shared budget that is available on a first come, first served basis.

 

To make a request, email mgpta2020academic@gmail.com. You will receive an approval email within 48 hours unless the request is outside the budgeted funds or isn’t a reimbursable request. You can then either make the purchase and submit for reimbursement or PTA will purchase for you.
